All purchases made with a Caddy Lady Gift Certificate or any special promotion discount will be reflected on the check out screen and will be taken when your order is processed.
Where to redeem your Gift Certificate or Discount:
All Gift Certificates and discounts can be redeemed online, at any of our special events, or during Local Caddy Lady Home Parties.
Expiration Dates:
All Gift Certificates are valid for six months from the date of issue.
Promotional Discount expiration dates will vary and will be posted on discount coupon.
Gift Certificates and Discounts are not cash redeemable:
Gift Certificates may only be redeemed for Caddy Lady merchandise and do not have a cash value outside this use. The only way in which Gift Certificates are similar to cash is in the fact that we are unable to replace or redeem any lost gift certificate.
Promotional Discounts can only be applied toward a current purchase and cannot be applied to past purchases or redeemed for cash.
Returns/Refunds for Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Electronic Gift Certificates:
This is something we don’t currently offer. At this time our gift certificates are created in house and are shipped in the same manner as all other Caddy Lady Products.
Lost Gift Certificates:
We apologize that we are not able to look-up or guarantee redemption on lost gift certificates. We do not require the gift certificate purchaser to give us information on the intended recipient. Therefore, we are unable to “look you up” in our system.
Redeeming Gift Certificate Online:
At the time of checkout, you may easily redeem a gift certificate by entering the gift certificate number which is located on the bottom left corner of your gift certificate.
Remaining balance on gift certificate:
Any amount left on the gift certificate under $5 will be given back in cash. If the remaining amount is over $5 a merchandise credit will be issued and sent to you along with your receipt reflecting the new amount. Merchandise credits are redeemable online, at all Caddy Lady Special Events, or during Local Caddy Lady Home Parties.
Redeeming Special Promotion Discount Online:
At the time of checkout, you may easily apply a Special Promotion Discount by entering the discount code.
