Return Policy
Ready-Made Accessories, Caddy Lady Apparel, Caddy Lady Gear Purchases:
We accept ready-made accessories, apparel, and gear merchandise purchased online in new and unused condition for exchange or credit refund within 14 days of purchase date when accompanied by original receipt. A $10 return handling fee will apply and shipping is non-refundable. Return instructions will be included with shipment of ready-made, apparel, and gear online purchases.

Custom Order Purchases:
Custom Orders placed online, or during a Local Caddy Lady Home Party are considered final sales and MAY NOT be returned
Since custom orders are non-returnable and because we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom-designed Caddy Lady Golf Accessory we urge you to contact us if you have any questions at all regarding any of the fabrics, colors, and textures, or are unsure of any aspect of your purchase prior to ordering.
